Hulong Transglobal's XM Labs have been able to work out some of the details regarding the upcoming anomaly in Portland, Oregon. The anomaly will be measured three times, at Noon, 1PM and 2PM local time on Sunday, June 30th. See their document for further details.

According to +Ingress, a cross faction meetup is scheduled to take place at Ground Kontrol, a nearby arcade, after the anomaly ends.
